Case Study: BBBSLA Golf Classic

I was charged with updating the look and feel for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles 24th Annual Golf Classic. Held at Riviera Country Club, the new color palette and iconography reflects the gorgeous grounds, while the logo itself is a modern take on a classic event.

Case Study: Contemporary Catering

The owner of Contemporary Catering is a SoCal surfer and wanted to refresh his catering co. brand with a classic surf brand appeal. The end result features handdrawn typography along with a flavorful color palette, making it instantly recognizable in the marketplace.

Case Study: Knight Global

Knight Global wanted their brand to be dignified and distinctive. The end result is a mark that uses the shape of a knight shield, spun around a variety of different ways to demonstrate global movement.

Case Study: Workday @ Westfield

These two established brands wanted to create an icon that demonstrated their new partnership and combined both of their logos in a creative fashion. The speech bubbles are hand-illustrated and I call the result "icon-versation."

Jive Live is a successful race management company and they brought me in to clean up and simplify the branding for their annual New Year's Race in downtown Los Angeles. The result is a refined, bold brand that appeals to discerning DTLA racers.
